Temperature Sensors
Each bedroom and the living room (pictured) have a temperature sensor to help properly balance the air conditioning.
Open/Close Sensors
Exterior doors and windows have sensors to determine if they are open or close. These aid in managing the air conditioning as well as security.
Lock Sensors
The back patio doors have lock sensors to report if they are locked or unlocked.
Wireless Access Points
Each floor has a wireless access point. These are for the wireless internet.
Cameras
There are two cameras at the villa. The doorbell and backyard cameras are there for security. The backyard camera does not look at the porch and can only see outside of the villa.
