Why did the temperature change after I set it?
When a door or window is open, the villa will automatically adjust the temperature to avoid running with something open. Please read the AC page for more information.
When is check in/out?
Check in is 4PM. Check out is 10AM.
How do I get onto the WiFi?
Use the SSID "Kylana's Escape", and the password provided in your welcome message. Information is also provided on placards through the villa, including a convenient QR code for mobile devices.
What's the gate code and/or door code?
The gate code and door code are sent to you one day before your stay at 12PM Eastern Standard Time. If you don't receive a message the day before check in, contact your host.
When is trash pickup?
Trash is picked up daily around 10AM. Please put trash in the bin outside. Trash that cannot fit in the bin should be placed no more than a couple hours before pickup next to the bin. Do not leave trash outside of the bin overnight.
Can I use the pool and/or gym at the clubhouse?
Pool and gym access is controlled by the clubhouse. The clubhouse charges a hefty fee for access and the host has no control over the clubhouse. If you would like to use the pool or gym talk to the front desk at the clubhouse.
Why is there a lock on the grill?
Due to the extra amount of time and effort required to clean the grill, access is restricted only to guests who pay the additional fee the cleaning crew charges. See the grill page for more information.
